License terms for Acmefyer and Spherifyer
With your purchase, you acquire a non-exclusive right of use, unlimited in time, for one installation of the respective product. The license covers all updates of the purchased version family (e.g. version 1.0 up to and including 1.99) for as long as wedigo its maintains this version family. Moving to a new version family (e.g. 2.x) is not included. There is no fixed schedule for a new version family: the existing version family continues to be developed unless technical reasons require major changes to the product. If a new version family is released, the previous one continues to receive security updates for at least one year. The software points out a new version family and does not install it automatically.
The license key is delivered by e-mail immediately after receipt of payment. Activation and the regular confirmation of the license require an internet connection to www.wedigo.net; the confirmation takes place every 30 days, and without a connection an activated license remains valid for up to 60 days after the last successful confirmation. Without a license key or without a valid confirmation, the software runs as a free version with a limited scope (Acmefyer: 1 domain with 1 subdomain or wildcard and 1 agent; Spherifyer: one host shown); certificates already set up keep being renewed and collected data is kept. A license is active on one installation at a time and can be transferred to another installation at any time by entering the key there; the previous installation then continues as the free version. Passing the key on to third parties is not permitted. The software is provided as an executable program for Windows and Linux; there is no entitlement to the source code. Statutory warranty rights apply.
Sale via merchant of record: Your contracting party for the purchase is our payment partner Stripe as the seller (merchant of record). Stripe is responsible for payment processing, invoicing and withdrawal; the purchase is shown as “sold via Link”, a service of the Stripe group. wedigo it solutions is the manufacturer and licensor of the software. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT; the invoice showing VAT – on request with company address and VAT ID – is sent automatically by e-mail. Payment by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Withdrawal and refunds
Our payment partner Stripe, as the seller, is responsible for withdrawal and refunds. For these, please contact Link support or e-mail us at its@wedigo.it; we will forward your request.
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, all license purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee without any need to give reasons. The amount is refunded via Stripe to the original means of payment, and the license key is deactivated.
In addition, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract with Stripe within fourteen days without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun after you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This confirmation is given at checkout; the money-back guarantee remains unaffected.
